Jackson Tammariello

Jackson Tammariello (he/him) is a Los Angeles-based journalism student interested in news, culture and data journalism. Jackson currently attends Santa Monica College and is a member of the Corsair, the award-winning campus newspaper. He has served as the Corsair’s news editor and managing editor. Jackson has an associate’s degree in public policy and a passion for mathematics and statistics.

In his free time, Jackson enjoys writing prose, poetry and short fiction, playing rock and folk music on the guitar and cooking for friends and family.
